The Interactive Intelligent Kitchen Helper (IIKH) was a school project during my junior year at CSU Pomona. It was written in C++, and used FLTK so that it was portable across Windows and Unix/Linux.
IIKH provides a recipe browser, meal plan creator, and integrated grocery list viewer that can be tied to the meal planner. It also has an integrated HTML help viewer.

The source code and a Windows binary are provided in a single zip file. Makefiles are provided for Linux and Solaris 8 however they are from 2004 and might require a little tweaking to get working on a modern Unix system.
