Getting Started

Installation.


NOTE: IIKH requires either a Windows operating system or a version
of Unix (Solaris, Linux, BSD) installed with X11 Window System Revision 6.



Windows Installation


1) Quit all other applications and insert the IIKH installation disk.
2) Browse to the location of the installation disk.
3) Copy all of the files from the installation disk onto your computer.
4) IIKH is now installed.
5) Click the IIKH.exe file to run the program.

Unix Installation


1) Modify the makefile to point to the proper location for FLTK include files and library.
2) Type "make" to compile.
3) Copy the executable to the location of the Recipes.txt file.

Overview.


IIKH, also known as the Interactive Intelligent Kitchen Helper, is a program designed
to meet your meal planning needs. Through a friendly user interfaces, it stores your
favorite recipes and allows you to create meal plans by simply selecting the right
buttons. It is a great time saver and gives you a hassle-free meal planning
experience.
