NCIC is a chat client for Michael Kohn's (Naken Chat). NCIC stands for either Naken Chat in Curses or Naken Chat in Color, you pick. NCIC is heavily based on Ryan McGabe's AOL instant messenging client called pork. It's essentially pork without all the AOL instant messenger guts. I always thought that Ryan McGabe did an excellent job with the user interface for pork, and I wanted to write a naken chat client that used his user interface.
